When 'insiders' are wrong = There is no context to be considered here nor are there any possible explanations for them being wrong!

Because if someone anecdotally claims they can currently buy a PS4 at their local Walmart, it means they're available everywhere.

That's not even a big stack of consoles. He should have posted a photo from a warehouse as they were ramping up to launch day if he was trying to make a point. I've still got one of an initial PS4 shipment in a warehouse.

They can probably stop tracking availability of the XB1 at this point. It's not anecdotal; you can buy one just about anywhere. 

People can still pick one up for under retail price on Ebay from flippers who were counting on higher consumer demand thanks to the resulting glut in hoarded consoles.

That is funny because when people make threads about what that guy says it is taken as fact.

ethomaz is the biggest culprit of this.

Well I heard wrong because PS4 is almost doubling the Xbone sales in the first week of January... next week PS4 received a lot of stocks in US retail that will make the gap even bigger.

You are not very good with math, I have figured, but since when 260 is double 170?

Any way, we were talking about USA.

Still waiting for the the next week stocks thought.

PS: And a funny fact, PS4 sales fell close to 1/3 from the week before Christmass. XOne is holding a little better.
