I don't think anyone owes him a apology , because his statement of 5 million was his opinion. If everyone who gave a statement and ended up close to a sales figure, then a whole shit load of people would be getting a apology as well.
I how ever will give him props for being a good person and friend .

No for several reasons. He wasn't right, not everyone thought he was crazy and he isn't exactly exemplary showing for humility.

4.2m is closer to what the ones giving him shit for it. He got a lot of flak from those people.

I'm happy that PS4 did way better than I thought.

BTW anybody remember some site reporting "Sony expect to ship 16 million PS4 in the first year"? Everybody thought it was a mistake because the number was for combined PS3 + PS4 shipment? Well I guess this is estimate is true after all just for PS4.


Im fairly certain you were saying sony will have 5m because of chips over the summer.
