3D World seems to have been pretty heavily overtracked. 36th on VGC versus 69th here. Almost as much as 50% if the other rankings around it are correct.
I'm guessing this doesn't include bundled software. If it does, then other Wii U software and as a result hardware is significantly overtracked.

Wouldn't be suprised if it is. VGChartz software tie ratio of almost 4 games per Wii-U seems high to me, that means Wii-U owners have 4 games on average.

Way low?
It is number 5 in those charts and number 9 in vgchartz.
Considering the german chart is splitting the pokemon games it would actually be number 6 vs number 9. Considering Animal Crossing New Leaf was bundled, that only leaves Fifa 13 and AC black flag. Sales are virtually identical between black flag and last of us so the only real problem is fifa 14 360 is too high. Last of Us sales are spot on at least compared to the other numbers vgchartz has.
Gran Turismo 6 is number 16 vs 26 which you are right is significant. Undertracked by around 40k.
