I'm quite sure that only Dragon Quest IX has a chance to beat that list,
but it's on a handheld this time, I don't know if that will influence sales for DQ in a good or a bad way..

Only 2 games in that list for N64 (both of them Zelda). Only one game for the Gamecube (Smash bros.), the same as the Dreamcast...

Two games for the Wii so far (Smash Bros and Mario Kart).

I agree, I think FFX and FFXII are both great, amazing, and special games in their own way.

Mario Kart Wii now gets an entry into that list, around 40th :)

I really do have my money on DQIX hitting #1 on that list. The last DQ was #2, and this is on a portable with a larger install base.

Well at least the last new one in the main series. There have been a lot of remakes lately, hehe. (FF remakes too)
