So you're talking about Xbox being an app or service rather than just a console. Something that would allow you to access all of the features and content from your Xbox on any device with this app correct?
This actually sounds a lot like what Sony is doing with PSNow or at least where they are going with it. It could work but I don't think the tv with the built in connect is viable. Too small of a market to be worth putting such an expensive piece of equipment into a TV.
