Personally I think it's fairly annoying when people praise The Last Guardian, which is not my cup of coffee, but it already released and proven itself to them and to critics. However... a game that's not even released? That's exaggeration, even for you.

??

Don't you mean Shadow of the Colossus?

Remember Halo 4. If I recall correctly, you set yourself and others back up to the same meltdown months ago, Selnor, when it scored below 90.

If the servers hold 95, if not 85.
I don't get the downplay of some people. It has the hype and it is the sole thing that will keep the X1 from failing completely in 2014.

But I will have fun watching the X1 fans writhing in agony when the Titanfall bubble burst and X1 will be back to apocalyptical sales. I don't think we will see another new exclusive IP of the Titanfall caliber for the X1 in quite some time.

"back to apocalyptical sales" ?

current sales are apocalyptic?

You dont think halo will push sales?

run allong fella, you are just trying to cause trouble in every ms thread.

I obviously mean the sales in Jan-Feb We all know launch numbers don't count for shit. I never said anything abou Halo, which will be the second big seller for X1.

Still I don't think there will be enough between those two and after that to draw more sales than the competition.

Read, I don't say that it won't sell well I said it won't sell enough to beat the competition. Individually it might sell well, in perspective maybe not so.

I could be wrong but that wouldn't be much fun would it?

You also said apocalyptic.

can you define that please?

or cut the hyperbole...

I said in perspective.

What I meant to say was that a lot of the hopes of Xbox fans rely on Titanfall. More power to them I say because Titanfall will be a success and it will sell lots of consoles. But, and that is a big one, they shouldn't be surprised when the sales start declining again drastically after realease and throughout the year until Halo appears. Apocalyptical because I believe that the X1 doesn't have enough to offer besides a handful of highly anticipated titles and as such will sell even less than usual between the peaks of the released games.

i dont see titanfall moving as many consoles as people think, my thinking behind this is that its on both PC and 360, on top of the X1.  for me a ps4 owner ill just get it for my PC, for others i know theyll just get it for the 360, its not a True xbox one exclusive, not like the next halo,  and this is the reason why i think it wont be the system seller people think.  its the reason i think microsoft killed the OG xbox when the 360 came out.

Well since it's so hyped, plus that they will advertise the hell out of this game, it will get 80+ for just being released

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I think Titanfall console sales will trancend the software sales, meaning the effect of Titanfall will make people consider to buy an X1 even if they're not specifically interested in the game. "This console is capable of great exclusive titles" sells a lot of consoles these days. Microsoft really really needs Titanfall this early in the generation and they did a great move in securing it for their platform only.

Titanfall was the most praised game we have ever seen at an E3. Almost all media outlets lathering the game in praise. They all say its fresh, plays amazing and the media love the dvelopers like they are the 2nd coming of christ. It won 65 Game of the Show awards ( a Record ) and continues at every event after to be gushed over by the media. Its the medias darling. Stealing the limelight from Destiny and apparantly is addiictive as hell.

With all this why do people on this site try to say otherwise?

Genuine question?

What score do you expect XBbox One Titanfall to score?

I stopped reading after you said the most praised game ever at an e3. Even if it did win game of the show at 65 sites, ever think there might be more sites now? For years Call of duty games sold more with every title. That's because there's more gamers every year. There have been a lot of games that people have praised at e3 over the years (watchdogs, mgs4, uncharted just to name a few). I don't think it's the media's darling. A lot of games are being praised, and titanfall is one of them. I think it will get solid scores. I'm guessing in the 80-90 range. That's basically what every shooter gets nowadays, and that's a positive score. I would be surprised to see it get below 80 or above 91 or 92.

A solid 90 also reviewers these days only give 95 to video games that try to be movies or social justice white knighting shit.

Well, even if it isn't that high, will it not easily be the highest new franchise on a 8th gen system?

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

If it can get above 84, which is held by resogun.
