You know the new Vital model already has a 1GB internal memory?
As for this Vita year, we dont know yet. Sony has teased alot of localisations. It depends on what those localisations are.
Who knows, I hope Its soon though, I love my Vita and want to see it succeed:)
If it is thats sad. If it isn't I can't imagine it really doing anything close to acceptable numbers. It's this gens Game Gear.

Hardware wise 2012>2013 so it won't be 2013. It needs to get traction in 2014 and peak in 2015, 2016.
Software I assume will continue to increase with install base over the next few years.
2014 will be better than 2013. Not massively better but the improvement will be significant. There are a fair number of games scheduled for this year. Unfortunately, the improvement will be primarily in Japan and perhaps a bit in Europe, which caps the potential. Improvement in North America will likely be slight, if anything at all.
It will peak in the year GTA is announced for vita.

It's all about sustainability. Look at vitas software performance. It's not good either. Let's see what vita does post holidays.
