I agree with this. I think the whole philosophy of Wii U and Wii are at opposite ends of the spectrum. The Wii Mote and the Gamepad are two totally different ideologies. Wii Sports Club is a nickel and diming of customers, and not the proper way to have rolled it out.

I like that the console is controller agnostic for the most part. I think the console could release a model with a WiiMote+ and a Pro Controller. Get away from the Gamepad Centric idea for this console. Its not resonating and it won't resonate with the mainstream gamer. Wii fit sold tons and I feel the Gamepad could have been sold that way, for those who see value in the GP.
