You never know, so I'd be careful with saying things like "this is definitely not happening" ;)

You could end up wrong again.

It's not a stupid prediction. The Wii U will sell 18-30 million. The 3DS will sell 80-100 million. The PS4 will sell 90-110 million. So 3DS+ Wii U=100-130 million, PS4=90-110, so it could happen.

Am on my phone right now so I can't link it, but like a lot of people you were wrong in the 'Wii U will sell 40million' thread.

HA... that was from September 2012... before it even launched. When demand appeared high and EA/others were still preaching support. A thread where almost everyone agreed with me that it would do more than 40million. You'll notice that post-launch, I've never said anything like that as I have actuall sales to refer to.

In this case, we also have sales to refer to and in every case where I've had actual sales... my comments are far more accurate.

We'll see. ;)

After seeing Nintendo's latest financial report this prediction seems to be a virtual slam dunk.

I gotta a feeling XB1 can at this rate too (if they pull their sleeves up pronto)

WiiU - 15m LTD
3DS - 70m

85m, PS4 will definitely 100% beat it.

Best bold prediction ever. This is not a question anymore, but a certainty by now.

I'm starting to think now that you will be spot on in this one and won't even need a the full LTD sales for PS4. I'm going for:

Wii U - 20M
3DS - 80M
PS4 - more than 120M

PS4 has way more selling potential than its given credit for. PS3 is currently at less than 85M and was around 80M last year before PS4. PS2 and PS1 did around 40~50% of their LTD sales after the sucessor was out. Of course, this one is a longer gen so we could get the final numbers for 2012 and it was at 72M and with 40%+ we would get 100M. I think that at this point is plain craziness to assume that PS4 will end with less sales than its troubled predecessor.
