It's not going to hit 5 million with Monster Hunter 4 and Pokemon X/Y this year ... I think a little less next year. Depends on how the 2DS takes, though Japan doesn't really seem to care for budget handhelds anyway (the more expensive XL outsells the cheaper vanilla model pretty much all the time).

If they can get Dragon Quest XI for a 2014 release (probably at the tail end of the year), then I say they'll more or less equal this year's sales. If they don't, then it will be less.
