Forums - Gaming - Do you care about hardware or software sales more?

I think I would probably say software, its more dynamic.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Software sales breed less fanboy dick measuring then hardware sales.

Whatever makes my console of choice look better

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

hardware, more hardware sold = more likely to get high selling software = more gaymes from third parties = more option

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Software sales.. It's funny when a  game does better on  console A than  on  console B when nobody  was expecting that.

Easy, whatever my favorite console is selling more than its closest competitor :)

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I only enjoy the sales debate of fanboys.

System sales because that often effects what the games turn out to be.

Both are pretty important but software sales are what I mostly care about.

           Survivor Millennial vs Gen X!!
