So to those of you who've played every game in the series all the way through, what are your thoughts? Would you rate Pikmin 3 higher than the rest, lower than the rest? However you rate it, lemme know why! Also, try to do so without any spoilers, atleast for Pikmin 3, as I don't yet own the game!

To tell you the truth, I have not played the first and second games entirely. I didn´t have them. I played a little bit of them at some friend´s place just to understand the concept.

Can´t tell you exactely how it stands among the others, but I´m glad I gave this game a chance on the WiiU. It is such a clever game, the mechanics, the art style, the music, everything feels so fresh and original about Pikmin 3 that it is a shame to see how many WiiU owners still don´t have it.

Pikmin 1 still has my favorite campaign. I haven't had a chance to play Pikmin 2 yet.

I would say Pikmin 3 is the best overall though, if only because of the co-op challenge mode, which is a blast.

      Pikmin 3 is easily the best one.  Mostly  because of the co-op..  Pikmin 3 also has the best level design and story mode of the entire franchise in my opinion.

I've only played 1 and 3. I preferred 3, collecting fruit to extend the number of days you have left was a much less stressful mechanic than a fixed number of days, and made me feel more comfortable just exploring and enjoying the game.

I´ll definetely get them in a couple of months, after all the WiiU is backwards compatible. Right now Pikmin 3, Deus Ex, Zelda Wind Waker and Mario 3d World are taking most of my already short gaming time.  : )

Despite being a RTS, I found it kind of easy to understand and to control. I also downloaded some extra co-op stages to play with my niece. The girl is just loving it so much that se wants a pikmin-themed case for her 3ds.

I played Pikmin 2 and 3 and still enjoying 3 a lot more because of the missions. Never thought I would be playing a Pikmin game over 40 hours.

Pikmin 3 is pretty fantastic. As soon as I finished, I immediately went back to Day One and started over again. No big deal? Well, I haven't finished all of the levels in 3D World, I still haven't finished Beyond Two Souls or the Last of Us, I just bought Forza Horizon, The Wolf Among Us, and more....yet I'm replaying Pikmin 3 and loving it.

And I went back to Pikmin 2 on the Gamecube for a few hours. Surprisingly, P2 and P3 are very similar. It's the 3 man team, the faster gameplay, the features of the gamepad ("Go Here" is a gift from up above!) and the hilarious chatter that elevates Pikmin 3. It's my game of the year and the best Pikmin ever, in my opinion.

Dang, Pikmin 3 is dominating that Poll! Now I really can't wait until I finally play it for myself!
