I see no reason to bring religion into this. Whether you believe in God or not, nothing about evolution contradicts it. If someone is intent on ignoring ample evidence, there's no point in engaging them.

Humans are definitely going to evolve in some way. The changes might not be major, but the will happen unless we actively try to prevent it. The question is whether this evolution will come through artificial or natural means. I think the strong likelihood is that it will come through both. Humans will genetically modify themselves as the technology advances, and humans will continue to shape their future through sexual selection, which over time could change body shape and characteristics.

humans broke the rule, not only the most adaptable survives. The others also survive. So, o think humans will not evolve anymore. Maybe some localmutation that will not be prevalent cos it will not make them survive.

OT: Anyway, it's hard to say really. Evolution is generally dictated by survival of the fittest, but the vast majority of people live long enough to have kids, irrelevant to if nature would consider them "strong" or "weak". Out evolution is more likely to be dictated by our social habits now rather than natures, which makes it very hard to guess anything.

Humans next evolution will be decided by us, not a mutation. We are only a decade or 2 out from doing so.

THis show has already shown us Evolving Goats to produce spider silk protein in their milk. We will do the same for our selfs, only in ways that we find suitable.

Didn't think this was that offensive, if it is, I will happily take it down.  It just shows the distinction between evidence and having absolutely known. Just like you showing your buddy a tv to your friend and he says, tv's never existed, yet you just showed him, yet goes on to talk about a story, however you never see or hear anyone in the story, EVER! ...... Then you think, It's a lost cause.

So you believe that you have the right to stomp on other peoples beliefs? So you would have no problem with someone walking into a church and telling everyone there that their beliefs are the stuff of fairy tales and that they are ignorant to the world? Because that's precisely what you have done.

I see no reason you should be the most active poster in a thread that's topic you don't believe in.

I'm going to leave this discussion at that. I have no time for those who think they are better than others for holding a different belief.
