I see no reason to bring religion into this. Whether you believe in God or not, nothing about evolution contradicts it. If someone is intent on ignoring ample evidence, there's no point in engaging them.
Humans are definitely going to evolve in some way. The changes might not be major, but the will happen unless we actively try to prevent it. The question is whether this evolution will come through artificial or natural means. I think the strong likelihood is that it will come through both. Humans will genetically modify themselves as the technology advances, and humans will continue to shape their future through sexual selection, which over time could change body shape and characteristics.
