I know I'm skipping a week here, but with Walmart reportedly getting their biggest shipment of PS4s to date on the 15th and the apparently pretty big number of PS4s that Amazon got on Friday, I feel that the numbers from that week will be alot more interesting than those from the week before. So what's your guess? I'll throw my prediction in the ring after I've seen some other comments.

I would say 850,000 minimum, 500K in Aisa and 350K in America and Europe( Supply contrained in last two regions).

We'll find out in mid January once this site finally decides to update some numbers..

Apparently some stores got a bigger shipment last week than at launch so I expect around +700k for US and EU combined and +200k for Asia and Middle East, smaller markets and they will experience the shortage the West has felt too.

I was visiting Qatar last week and it was sold out in every store i visited. I have visited at least 8 stores and all indicated that new shippment will arive in 23rd. I have also asked a friend of mine to check in UAE, it was also sold out in every single store include Geekay, the biggest gaming store chain in UAE.

Therefore, I would say all allocated shippment to Middle East are sold out.

Hard to guess since we have the issue of demand versus supply, but I would bet on sales at around 650k total, 200k japan+rest of asia and 450k US+Europe.

You're either talking about a different console or about the future.

Japan is not included in Aisa Shippment. PS4 will ship to Japan in Feb.

i dunno. if that 500k statement about asian shipments is really true and the walmart/ect getting bigger shipments than at launch is true,.. than over 1M WW.

but then sony also said 5M at march. something doesn't add up. either sony is going to blow that 5M out of the water or sony won't have much stock this holiday.
