I am an XB1 owner and I hope that it is successful. I have to admit, the last bit at the end of the OP made me LOL. Such an obvious ploy to get the PS fans frothing at the mouth...

Yeah that was pretty funny. I did LOL myself. Like geez...that is about as OBVIOUS as bait can get lol. But like you even though I am a Sony fan more than a MS fan and even though I don't have a PS4 or an XB1 YET I will in the future so I just hope they both do good personally.

At OP: I have to say and I am not trolling or being funny. But this does seem kind of "desperate" while it is true  that the XB1 will take teh lead back in America. You yourself said in this thread basically that is only because Sony could not keep the stock in because it kept selling out. That kind makes it seem like you are contradicting yourself when you say that MS is going to "crush" Sony.

And this kind of bait thread is kind of funny lol. Anyway still funny stuff man...lol.

The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

Xbox One 100 in stock, took 10h to sellout. Then back at stock next day.

PS4 20 in stock, took 10min to sellout. No re-stock for the week.

Yeah, that yeild issues!

Take a look at the PS3 vs X360 charts for the last year.
360 won the Us on a monthly basis, while the PS3 won Japan and the rest of the world.

Now lets go back to the 2nd year of the 360 on the market, they had an almost 7 million console lead on the PS3.
Fast forward to today. The PS3 has passed 360 total sales worldwide.

So why would Sony allocate all of their consoles to the US when the Playstation brand is popular worldwide.

Lets not forget that 360 sells like crap in Japan, so we should expect the same for the XboxOne, and the PS4 has not even launched their yet.

Two years ago the 360 lead was 2.7mi.

You can also look at it like: there are so many X1's still on shelves and not selling. Demand is not so strong.

There's a chance.
But with all this NA pushing of MS I can't see how XB1 will do well in the rest of the world.

2.4mill sold vs 1.8 mill, cut the ps4 sales by 600k and you'll get plenty on shelves since it seems like that's the new way to indicate which console is winning :D

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
