I can say that the Nintendo stuff is great, Tearaway looks fantastic and the Stanley parable is VERY interesting.

The person gave their opinion on the top ten best games of the year. Although I may disagree with some I do find it very refreshing when the list is not dominated by "how many sales".

9 out of 10 best games lists are all somehow related directly to sales and hype. It sold the most or it sold millions and was mega hyped so therefore it is the best game.

That's why I like it as well, most of my "holy shit this is good!" games of the 7th gen were either Indie titles or from unknown studios with little hype.

Some good choices for sure such as Tearaway and Pikmin, but the fact AC4 Black Flag is not on here anywhere completely invalidates this person's opinion...It was a MUCH better game than 3/4 of the choices, and far and away the best of its already award winning series.
