So you are a WiiU hater if you think that?
People can also be realistic, and everything atm is pointing at very low sales LT. I think WiiU will reach 25million lifetime if nothing changes drastically.

Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

I think it should go on to sell similar numbers as the Gamecube. The Wii U is essentially a niche system selling to a fairly limited market, as Nintendo isn't really known for having the titles that modern audiences are looking for.



It's all about the game.

What you don't seem to understand, you delusional people who don't understand that the Wii U is absolutely doomed even though it's as obvious and logical as the Earth being round, is that it's not a matter of numbers, or price or games.

BEFORE even being released the Wii U was doomed to fail because it's failure of concept, mainly the hardware being weak and cheap is a HUGE mistake to do for THIS generation.

LOL my bad on putting before.  Just got out of a rough exam :/.

 

Anyways my point was that the Gamecube was stronger than the Sony competition and still did terribly.  Now we have a console that is FAR weaker, and even came out first.  Yet coming out first it still sold gamecube numbers, and as such sales should go down not up from here.

If nothing changes drastically it wont pass 19mil. The Wii U would need to consistantly start outsellimg the GC from here on out to be able to outsell it. That is pretty drastic change. A none drastic change would be selling on par with it from here on out which would mean 19mil LT sales. No change at all would mean 10mil LT

that didn't make a differnce for GC it only sold 4 million that whole generation in europe, while the ps3 sold 32 million.
