I couldn't look directly when Kratos pulled Helios' head off, and with even more detail to be added to the violence, I think that we will all get sick when GOW4 comes out.

Rumor has it that Sony Santa Monica is working on a new IP. Not GoW4

God of war ps3 was already pretty maxed. So I can't see this increasing a lot.
And they aren't working on a new IP game atm.

I hope we may slay gods in the nord or egypt in the next hack 'n slash game of ssm :)

God of War 3 was childs play compared to Manhunt.

I hope there isn't another God of War... That series went downhill since God of War 2... I hope there is a new amazing IP however

I love GOD OF WAR..can't wait for it to come on the PS4..I can't see why they wouldn't be making a new God of War after God of War 3 made more than 6 million on PS3 (On par with the Uncharted series)

God of war needs to rest for a while. Acension was bad IMO.

I'd probably vomit if there's a God of War PS4 in the firs 2 or 3 years of the PS4. Not that I don't like the series. It's one of the 1st series I truly loved, but I'm just ready for SSM to make something new.

I like the GoW games but I'm really not a fan of "murder porn" levels of violence. It doesn't make the games feel edgier or more mature it makes them feel like they're pandering to 14-year-olds. I don't think it's necessary ... were GoW 1/2 as violent as 3?

Yes there are violent movies and TV shows but even they don't fetishize such extreme violence in such a way.
