I wouldn't be surprised if his kid, was the one with the cat and the blender story! :D

Not a whole lot, no. I do have, though, lots of experience with a local online auction site, not much unlike eBay. I've never been scammed there or anywhere else.

Umm... If his stupidity was obvious, maybe you can try to argument why it's obvious? Pretend that I'm stupid and win me over with your arguments instead of telling the outcome you want. I presented my arguments in a way I consider reasonable, and I expect you to do the same. And just for the record, I'm typically among the first to point out someone's stupidity and I don't see it here (albeit he was a bit careless because he didn't make sure what the error was).
What the hell, a four year old kid doesn't need an XBox!!!
Give him some books; books are great, and there is an epidemic of children and young adults not realizing the amazing things books can provide.
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash
Seeing how things are becoming over here in England, don't be surprised to see this numb-nut on the next Strictly come dancing or i'm a celebrity get me out of here. (or something just as pointless).
Got to agree with many posters above, rewarding stupidity is just plain........ well, STUPID.
He should have never received a refund since he was aware it was a photo (if he wasn't tricked then it wasn't a scam). He is the one scamming the public by saying it was for his 4-year old.
Having stupidity rewarded frustrates me. This will just help breed more stupidity.
Not really fond of the Xbox One, however he is still lucky that he gets a free next gen system for his lack of knowledge...

Really? Good job rewarding stupidity.
What's next giving away free cars to people who forgot to get insurance?
easily perceived or understood; clear, self-evident, or apparent.

Definition on top. (Paste is goofy on my phone.) You want proof its easily precieved? Look at this thread everyone but you can see it. His stupidity is obvious
