Indeed, it made my heart jump out a little, what a cool concept and pretty visuals too. If this was a WiiU exclusive, Nintendo would be KING today. Instead, they show us Cranky Kong =/ Nintendo is like a guy that likes a girl, but knows he has no real chance. So, he approaches, say something lazy and stupid like "Wanna fuck?". Then she rejects him, of course. Then he goes away smiling: "Well, at least I have tried".
No, you did not Nintendo, no, you did not.

Surely Sony would have come in and taken control of the marketing? |
You'd think they would considering how hard pressed they are with their indies initiative. Also this game...so far looks like it has a calming artistic side to it too which SONY loves!

Close to mine too...so surprising. This quote sums up my feeling after seeing most of the other trailers (barring Witcher 3 which just looks more & more amazing)

I think most gamers were like this:
'The guys from joe danger are going to announce a new game? Meh not so interested in it'..
*After watching what the game was about*
o_O HOLY SHIT THAT LOOKED AWESOME!
Wow, that's such an incredible idea that's never actually been possible before. A big step in the right direction for the entire industry, and a positive sign of things to come!

ok hold up. time out....

lmao that's hilarious! What were they all doing!!!
| spurgeonryan said: So it was basically a " Explore the Universe game"? With all the known stars and planets included? If so... AWEZOM3!! |
Well, afaik it's not based on the actual Milky Way/astronomy, but procedurally generated, meaning they created a large pool of assets and rules how to apply these and a computer generated a large number of solar systems based on these rules and a randomization formula.
