So it really does seem like Bungie coudn't wait to get away from MS and Halo
also, doesn't MS owe much of their success and popularity to Bungie?

Let me ask you a question. No sarcasm.
Do you understand why I think Bungie is inconsiderate?

Titanfall looks like Starhawk to me
The 1st time i seen Titanfall, i said "This looks like what Starhawk was trying to be but couldn't because it didn't have enough resources"
I can't see it doing Gears numbers for some reason though
I would give it major props if it can do 5 mill on Xone alone

Yeah, Bungie was first party. Bungie was making Halo for the Mac to prove it could be considered a capable gaming computer but Steve Jobs didn't want to buy them. Microsoft came up and took them and Halo ended up being their ace in the hole to survive in the gaming industry.

Starhawk never got almost every applicable best in category award at E3. Just saying. Everywhere Titanfall goes it takes over and its only been six months.
People want to me to be mad at something unwillingly.
You are mad, you gotta be mad, it seems that you are mad.
It was a fun night peeps, have a good one and feel no resentment.

It's no secret they wanted to move on from Halo, they made ODST a "full" game to get out of their contract faster. They wanted to go 3rd party for obvious reasons (more platforms. more money). Of course MS owes a lot to Bungie and Halo, it was the killer app of Xbox.

No, but please tell me. imho, Microsoft didnt have a great command over the companies they mostly purchased when it came to first party so either games were scrapped, companies fell apart or they parted ways. Bungie didnt want to be a Halo only company and Microsoft would've loved for them to be only that for years and years. In order to keep Bungie happy I think Microsoft should've split up bungie into two teams like Sony did with Naughty Dog. Destiny would've been exclusive.

But that's the thing though. The whole point.
People who are mad weren't Bungie fans. They're MS fans.
If they were Bungie fans, they would follow Bungie on whatever console they make games for.

Even overlooking the other examples I gave, the fact still remains that Sony fans gave so much to Insomniac all those years with Insomniac never creating anything for anyone else. Sony fans made Insomniac. Just the same as you say Microsoft fans made Bungie. It doesn't matter who they were owned by if anyone. What do Sony fans get? An ended franchise, a steady flow of crap games, and watching them make an X1 exclusive. What do Microsoft fans get? You don't get early beta access and probably a couple guns and a single mission that can be completed in an hour. Boo hoo. Get over it. It was because of Bungie that Microsoft got a second chance at a console. Try to imagine the Xbox without Halo. Now try to imagine someone at Microsoft telling the higher ups that they should try again after an Xbox without Halo. It's very likely that the only reason you even get to be a Microsoft console fan right now is because of what Bungie accomplished. Seems to me Bungie deserves your loyalty more than Microsoft does. Perhaps you're wearing the wrong colors.
