Lego City Undercover. The game is just pure fun. The story is incredible funny, gameplay is nice, the world looks good, the dialogue is smart.

Mh3GU is a close second though.

Lego City Undercover isn't really third party, is it? It's published by Nintendo in Europe at least.

And since I think that that one doesn't count, I'll settle for Rayman Legends, though I also really enjoyed Batman Arkham City Armoured Edition and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. Have yet to pick up Assassin's Creed IV and Batman Arkham Origins, which are the third party games I'm interested in that I don't own yet.
