IF...Nintendo could keep their current quality and go third party, or hell, second party and become a Sony studio, then I don't think they'd miss a beat. As a matter of fact, if Nintendo became Sony's Retro Studios? I think the PS4 would shatter PS2's record for units sold.

And does Nintendo get a cut of that overall Playstation profit? Would Sony be willing to share? 


Because they could probably accept a far bigger pay day and have the same position with Microsoft, MS has far deeper pockets. 

Or make their own platform with Google or Apple and watch both Sony/MS poop their pants. 

If Sony wants Nintendo they would not be the only one bidding for their services in that case and would have to come up with a pretty incredible offer, not just "hey we're Sony, wanna be our Retro Studios". Uh no.

So is this the guy who was responsible for the shitty Darksiders 2 port on Wii U? THQ are irrelevent, last time i checked Nintendo were going very strong.. funny how people conviniently forget the successful 3DS when taking a pop at Nintendo.

I noticed that as well. Also, as many other mentioned, it's kind of vital to mention that Rubin doesn't have any affiliation with ND any longer and hasn't had for a long time. This is a classic mousetrap (leading wording to make people click and rage).
