aside from what's been listed, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies is great. It's eShop/digital only, but don't let that stop you (so is Pushmo and plenty of other solid games, including indie titles--and storage on the 3DS is cheap unlike the Vita).

3DS has a lot of awesome titles and a lot of lesser titles (you know, the smaller ones that don't make as big a splash but can still be fun, the bargain-bin games, etc.), so just do your research and I think you'll find it's a great investment.

I recommend swapping it for a PS Vita ^.^

P.S. not arguing which is better system or has better games, but Vita needs more support and more users! :P
