It's because it's the only console with 1080p as standard resolution. Seems just fair to me.

Cumulative adjustments in 2012.

PS3	-745.518
360	-1.671.068

Cumulative adjustments in 2013.

PS3	1.602.831
360	1.030.701

Both years VGC was biased more with 360 numbers than PS3... last year they overstimated a lot 360 and this year they understimated a lot PS3... the adjustments aways made the numbers more realiable and they trend to get numbers favoring the 360.

That will happen with Xone/PS4 too because the VGC's algorithm works like that for years.
