Twitch bans Playroom from PS4 streams

The first and thus-far only game to be banned from Twitch from the next-generation console universe has appeared this week: The Playroom. After seeing one whole heck of a lot of non-gaming action appear though the stream with the game’s augmented reality PlayStation 4 Camera setup, the folks at Twitch first gave a fair warning to the world on their pre-made rules on the subject. After much consideration though, they’ve decided to ban the game outright.

Well I am pretty sure its better that way, it sad But When you see weird warning on product its mostly beacause somewhere a moron try to do a moraly disturbing thing and try to to the compagny for it.

We have moron everywhere.

Kind of strange considering people on PC could do the exact same thing. Should have hired moderators and just warned/banned consoles instead of ruining it for everyone.

So are people still able to use twitch for killzone , battlefield, etc

It was inevitable. Unless you moderate all the streams, you can't stop people from doing lewd stuff.

I figure that would qualify as fair-use, unless they were using playroom as a way to livestream TV broadcasts or something, though that is a possibility

I have to agree on this one there was pure retardness in lots of streams, nothing gaming related

Can you still stream other games and stuff? if yes what is so different about playroom?

Considering some people were using it as their own personal cam show I'm not surprised.
