I've seen a concept art of the game. That's enough.

Outside of Monoliths project there is nothing that intrests me on the 3DS right now, however I have yet to play Pokemon Y and the new Zelda, and I'm still playing Animal Crossing, so no worries.

Vita - Final Fantasy X HD
A great game, but I'm still not sold on the Vita.

Looks like a new Little Big Planet, but with a slight hint of Minecraft..? Looks great.

Not to sure about this, but it's elder scrolls, so they might make me want an MMO. We'll see.

Now THIS game looks good! The reveal trailer was really impressive.

PC - The Witcher III: Wild Hunt
I'm not a fan of this series, but Wild Hunt looks beautiful. I feel like giving it another shot. (You summed this one up pretty nicely)
