Ok I am not really a tech guy nor I am trying to sound negative but if they can do this that early on the PS4, should I be over excited for a game coming out in 3 or 4 years, or is there still a lot for room for improvement on the PS4 since developers are saying it's easy to develop with??

Yup, when god was setting up the area, he had problems keeping Life at a stable frame rate with all those textures so he added fog to mask the fact that he downgraded the visuals at a distance.

the lamps have no lights though it is dark.(but there is one good thing about infamous3.According to the fourth picture it is possible to drive cars this time(but obviously no cockpitview=poor performance)

you should be. just like last gen, the gen before it and the gen before it software will improve with time and once devs get to know the hardware.

But the game looks beautiful and will play beautiful probably... Just watch the gameplay video
