I haven't really seen examples of Xbox One games not matching the builds shown around E3.

Just about every game, since E3, on the One has seen downgrades.  I brought up Forza 5, because it is the most recent example, mostly because Turn 10 stayed silent on the downgrades, where others let it known (Ryse dropped polycounts, and many others dropped to 720P, while not mantaining steady framerates).  Here's the thread talking about DF's findings.  The textures took a hit since E3.  The crowd was fully 3D polygon modeled, now they are just 2D pics of real people.  The trees have taken a hit.  Now, they are more pixelated and some in the background are just 2D pics.  And there seems to be little to no AA, now.  To top it all off, they added more motion blur to try and hide these details.

as this gen goes on the flack meter for MS will continue to grow its not as bad as it could of been b/c of certain things

i believe the whole console warz fanboys/receiving flack over the interwebz isnt as big as it used to be 05-09

people are cutting MS a break with there recent 180 and they provided alot last gen and were the underdog

if these shenanigans continue MS will get what coming to them


i believe your right on this one i havent seen alot about MS so far having the inferior multis and exclusives being downgraded since the summer this should be know to all gamers. i feel that many dont know that the XB1 is technically inferior in terms of HP and in multiplat differences simply b/c as you say there not getting flack from it and b/c it costing more people assume its more powerful aswell as last gen MS having the superior graphics and performance for 90% of SW


now that i think of it MS and sony have flip flopped from last gen

cloud is the cell
ps4 releases first and cheaper
3rd party support favors ps4 aswell as having the superior version

or they can say well if yall wouldnt have done all that bitchin we could have been always on using all that cloud power. is it true or not no one will ever know because the babies cried about drm

I'll agree with you on two of those points.  The Cell, however, was actually able to help output some incredible things on the PS3.  Visuals that help put it above the 360.  Of course, for the first few years it was much more hassle than it was worth.  Cloud, on the other hand, would not be able to do things MS are saying.  4x more powerful is the most ridiculous claim I have ever heard.  If that were true, there would be no need to upgrade HW.  Any serious site basically just ignored it as PR jargin.  Then again, I don't remember all the claims Sony made about the Cell, so maybe that's what you were speaking of.  I just know the Cell at least had some use in the end.
