Im not sure if we have a thread for this yet, so lock and link if there is one. I looked for a while and couldnt find one.

With both launch days behind us, we are coming up on yet a 3rd weekend of big sales for consoles around the world.  Not only is it black friday, but the PS4 launches in another 30 countries around the world.  Thus far both sony and microsoft have sold over a million units, with sony only in north america, while MS in 13 countries globally.   I have seen a few posters say sony has put all its eggs into NA as it figures it has the rest in the bag, but is that close to reality?  Also remember that according to VGC, europe and other accounted for 60% more sales of the ps3 than north america.

So what are your predictions?  how many will sony sell to the rest of the world upon its launch?

My prediction is over a million,  with 1.5 million if you include black friday sales.  Bringing the PS4 to a total of 2.5million.

edit:  and i realize they will sell whatever they ship to stores, so with that in mind, you could also phrase the question. How many units will sony deliver to the rest of the world for launch?

Europe is Sony land, I'm thinking the PS4 will launch with 1.2m in sales for EU.

Not sure EU is as fond of day 1 buy as NA, would go for another million, 1.5 fw

I'm expecting 900k outside NA

Since EU is Sonys biggest market and the hype here really is substantial I guess that Sony could sell 2 Million if they would have that kind of supply. I guess that whatever they can deliever they will sell. Could be 1 Million or more or less its limited by how many PS4s Sony can deliever.

That's my prediction with enough supply. I can't tell you how much it will sell with supply restrictions because I don't know them

Im not expecting anything substantial. Look at X1. It only did about 200k or so outside of NA. It will do better with the same countries and much much bettef including the rest. Ps3 launched with about 600k availble so Sony should be able to match that. I say 750k

It's really just up to supply. Demand? Pfft, there is plenty.

Sony will sell what they can supply. I am thinking 1 mill plus but hard to say, don't know what sony's supply is like.

I said it in another thread.... 800k in Europe, around 200k in others and 500k in NA with Black Friday. So 1'5 million total. I won't be surprised if it's 2 million in the end.....
