Well i think everyone has agreed the same thing, it will sell out and Sony can't make enough. But it will probably be a lot and probably beat the European record (which is probably the non-supply constrained 650k ish PS3)
It really is impossible to say. Most indications point to the European launch being record breaking but I genuinely can't see Sony having enough stock to adequately supply both NA for Black Friday and Europe as well. If I had to take a shot in the dark I'd say 1.3 million. 900k for Europe and 400k for North and Latin America
