If X didn't exist, I'd still get Wii U eventually for Smash Bros. or Zelda... but in 2015 or 2016 instead. :P

W101 I did not play this game, ive heard good things, BUT ive never really liked anything that platinum has done IMHO they are overrated but thats something for another day, ill pass

Sonic racing, great game luckily i have it for PS3

Rayman Legends, still have to beat origins and luckily it was released for PS3 and Vita

Well that's just looking at the bad side of everything. It seems like you are looking reasons to not buy it. I could do that for every game.

ie

Bioshock Infinite- oh boy another shooter and gameplay seems poor

Last of Us- Naughty Dog is overrated

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance-  forcing a parrying system over an easier block/dodge system

DmC- not enough like the originals

Ni no Kuni- Seems to slow 

etc.

If just a single negative reason outweighed the positive, we'd be praised Yahtzee has the greatest critic of all time. You have to account for the good and overall fun in videogame purchases

You'd be better off getting a Wii U now and getting a PS4 next year. The Wii U has a far superior game library and plenty of games are as cheap as chips, you'll avoid any PS4 launch hardware issues, you'll have the benefit of several PS4 firmware updates and this time next year the PS4 will have a much better game library than it does now and plenty of those games will be as cheap as chips. Plus you may see the benefit of a PS4 price cut. Now is a great time to buy a Wii U and a bad time to buy a PS4 imo.

There isn't a single reason in the OP for me to want to buy a Wii U right now.

Out of those I really want to play wind waker hd (never played original!), super Mario 3d world and new super Mario bros u(never played wii version so would be new for me).
And hyping up like hell super smash bros and to a lesser extent bayonetta 2 and Mario kart.

In all honesty, I really just hate the gamepad. It's clunky, oversized and unneeded. It Nintendo had a cheaper bundle with no gamepad and a pro controller I would consider the wii u epecially since it plays wii games.

problem is it sounds like you havent played any of the games you're talking about and in defense mode, where i on the other hand have played the games in the OP besides Mario World, pikmin 3, and W101. How about you actually adress what i said about those games and try to debunk them and tell me im wrong.

Matter of fact, how about you tell me WHY i should plunk down money to buy a system just for those games.
