So I went into my Gamestop today to pick up my reserved Zelda 3DS XL console. While I was there one guy came in and asked if they had any Xbox Ones. They said no, but they do have a $1,000 bundle. The guy asked what it was. If I heard correctly, the $1000 part kind of made me go deaf a bit, she said 8 games and an extra controller. The guy said he will just wait and bought himself a copy of Need for speed for 360. Then the phone rings and some other guy asked if they had any Xbox Ones. She pitched the $1,000 bundle. He didn't want it. The guy ringing me up picked up another phone call. He told the guy about the $1,000 bundle. When he got off the phone, he told the manager that the guy was coming in to get the $1,000 bundle. Wow. I hope these people check other places first, like Walmart and Target. People automatically assume that if Gamestop don't have it, then they give up. $1000 bundle is better than going on eBay though, at least you get everything you paid for. It also tells me how shady Gamestop can be, hoarding extra consoles to sell bundles. Then again, maybe they are preventing scalpers from reselling on eBay. So yeah, their are extra consoles at Gamestop. Go get em.
