The nuggets have surprised me as well... The depth has always been a Denver strongpoint.

Sad for the Grizzlies! I've been a fan ever since they bounced the #1 seed Spurs a few years back. They will probably rebuild.

And for the Wolves, Love is really good. He's the best power forward in basketball in my opinion. The problem is shooting. Rubio for example, is averaging 8 points on 37% shooting. That's horrendous.

I always have disliked the wolves. Let's see some of the things that have bothered me over the years:

*Due to Kevin Garnett, always have been an overrated player like it was proven on the celtics. His impact is much closer to a Dikembe Mutombo's as a deffensive specialist than let's say a Tim Duncan (who is a true franchise player on both sides of the floor). Yet KG fans always were trolling on the NBA forums that I used to browse about how KG was the best player in the league.

*Due to their dumb Joe Smith's contract (but  we know how that ended up for them, lol)

*Due to executive clown David Kahn (watching the video where he compared Darko Milicic to Divac and Chris webber always makes me laugh)

*Due to Kevin Love, a player that fights for rebounds with his own teammates just to collect double doubles.

While I certainly don't think KG is overrated after winning that ring in 08, the management has been an absolute joke for the Wolves. Monkeys could run that team better.

Yesterday Tim Duncan became the oldest player in the history of the league to have a 20/20 game (20+ points, 20+ rebounds)... that man is amazing. He also hit the game winner with 0.4 seconds to go against the hawks.

It was a fun night overall. Pretty tough games like Indiana vs Portland and New orleans vs chicago (triple over time, and was reallyy close of having four)

Nets got embarrassed again. I know the season is young but I really think Jason Kidd should be fired. I don't think I have see him do a single good thing as a coach. He started the season suspended for driving drunk, he did that stupid soda spill trick to delay the game and set up a play, he has gotten into problems with his top-assistant Lawrence frank (who is a terribly coach too by the way) and now he diminished his role to basically an overpayed scout.

We are talking about the same guy who was arrested some years ago for punching his wife for god's sake. He is not the guy that I would want leading a bunch of spoiled millionaires. Not even close.

The sooner the Nets management realize that he is neither smart enough, nor stable enough to lead a team the better for them. They should bring a veteran coach.. I would try with either Jeff or Stan van gundy. Perhaps Nate McMillan.

George karl is great too but I don't think his fast-pace style would fit with the nets. Jerry sloan is another great option but I don't think he'll want to leave Utah to coach D-williams once again.

I agree completely.  I respect Jason Kidd as a player but he is not the right person to lead the Nets.  They need to admit mistake and move on as an org, otherwise this will be a totally wasted season and talented players will want out and stop trying.

SIDENOTE:  Somehow the Suns gave up a 10 or 12 point lead to lose by 20ish against the Grizz who have 2 major injuries and had a 3rd injury occur in the 1st half of the game....and here I am hoping we might sneak into the playoffs...

The guy is the best PF is history. Just can't be questioned.

Wolves look so bad and I agree, they are run in a crazy manner. I mean, Love is very good, one of the top PF in the game, but didn't get the star contract so that they could give it to... Pecović? WFT? The guy is ok, but nowhere near deserving max. There is actually a number of guys easily on his level, like Asik, Gortat, Vucević, Kosta Koufos, etc. Not a single of them got a max deal. He can't hold a candle to other centers that got/deserve max deal, like Gasol, Hibbert, Noah, Lopez, etc. And Rubio is playing rubbish as well. He has to step up the most. So far it looks like only Love and Martin show up and play.

I'm very happy by how well Wizzards play My homeboy joined them and suddenly they turn from being one of the worst teams to being No. 3 in the East! Only they, Pacers and Miami aren't below .500! Such a joy to see Especially since he actually plays a big part in their improvement, you can tell that with every game Wall and Gortat play better pick&rolls. They are gonna get many easy buckets this way this season, trust me.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

DECEMBER 05

  • Clippers blow out the Grizzlies by 20 in Memphis
  • The Knicks DESTROY the Nets by 30 in New Jersey
  • The Bulls surprisingly blow out the Heat by 20
  • Only two Eastern Conference teams are above .500, the Pacers and Heat
  • The Washington Wizards and Boston Celtics would have homecourt advantage if the playoffs started today (3rd and 4th seeds)

It is true.  While Duncan is a huge cryer and whiner he is easily the best PF of all time.

What the hell is up with the Pecovic thing???  He must have threatened someone's family or something to get that deal.  I see know valid explanation for his situation whatsoever.  Someone's job should be on the block for that decision.  Rubio is starting to head down the path of huge unexpected dissapointment.  Different position, but where his career could go sort of reminds me of how Michael Beasley's career went.  Hopefully this doesn't happen.

I predict the Wizards will make the playoffs.  My team is the Suns and I was confused as to why they got rid of Gortat, but we ended up lucking out because no one on Earth knew how good Plumlee is.  Also, if Alex Len's foot problems go away there's that.  He has star potential if he doesn't go the way of Yao Ming with his foot bones.  Gortat is an excellent player though and a hard worker.  I've seen him play live in person a bunch of times.  When utilized correctly by any team, he should average a double-double.

Suns fan! You guys are actually having a decent year. I always thought Bledsoe could be a borderline all-star playing if given the playing time. He's averaging almost 20 pts and 7 assists this year!
