Ive been saying since June of this year the PS4 was outselling X1 this holiday. The only people ive been making fun of are these people epecting X1 to take 5 weeks to sell a million. Thats crazy talk. When all is said and done the two consoles are going to have comparable launches and the arguing thats going on over things is just strange.

Globally PS4 will decimate X1 though

The difference will be 30-40% more for PS4.

In numbers something close to...

PS4: 1000k
Xbone: 600-700k


The X1 will do a minimum of 700k.

The 5 weeks to sell a million is for US only... it is my prediction... the Xbone will have low supply in the next weeks.

wel yea in the grand scheme of things,   but i think we are just comparing launch stock levels, to rumors over the past few months about supply.  How many Xbox's are there compared to ps4.   if the xb1 launches with 300k(30%) less stock in north america, and in less ccountries,  It would hint towards the rumors being true.

The rumors ARE true. X1 has less supply than PS4.

Its just not a massive difference. A notable one sure but nothing crazy like a 40% or more difference.

I think MS will do three two more shipments for US in the next five weeks...

Launch: 600k
2nd: 300k
3rd: 200k * that's when it will reach 1 million *

Can be early? Of couse... maybe 4 weeks but can be 5 weeks too.
