Remember when I said here in VGC that Xbone won't play MP3 too and some guys showed a tweet from somebody at MS saying it will? Well I was right another time.

"The Xbox One is DLNA compatible and will play CDs on launch day. However, like the PlayStation 4, users will not be able to store or play MP3s on the system at launch."

DLNA is what I use anyway, stream the MP3's from my computer.

Personally I don't see the big issue... so it's not there at launch... I have about 10 other devices that can play MP3's if i really wanted it to...  People should not be buying next gen consoles for their MP3 playing ability... not saying that DLNA etc is not useful, but it can wait when compared to gaming services/functions.

It's really not.  I haven't used my PS3/360 to play MP3s in ages.  I just use the internet music services.  Sometimes it's fun to blow things out of proportion on the internet.  Cathartic, even.

So it does have DLNA? Because the PS4 is also compatible, it just needs the software for it. I'm presuming the Xbone already has it though.
