That was from the tribute video to old playstation icons wasnt it? I doubt sony would waste money on a dead ip like that.
Probably fake, but it would lend a lot of credibility to the rumours that Sony is basically taking all their old IP's and getting indie devs to make new games out of them.
I, for one, would happily and enthusiastically welcome this! The first three Crash Bandicoot games were kind of awesome.

You'd be surprised what SOny will waste their money on.
ANyway, I think it's a good move. Every time I talk to a girl who played video games, it always seems like their favorite character and game was crash bandicoot.
I fear for the game if thats the boxart
