only a few game are hard these days.some stealth and platformer/puzzler game remain hard.so anyway,the hardest game i played this year was gone home.i tried to solve the puzzles for 10 hours.but still no luck.at last i had to use a gamefaq guide.

Well there was this one game and i guess this one too it was Dark Souls.

the wonderful 101. i got monster hunter under control.

SMT IV probably. Maybe I'm missing something because it's my first game in the series, but it seems like the level they expect you to be when you get to certain points in the game (generally boss battles) is ridiculous.

Still too discouraged to beat it :P

Metal gear rising revengence, I just cannot beat the final boss in final form

Dark souls is hard as nails, and I'm not masochistic so it only makes me depressed

Knack. Even on normal it's a pretty good challenge. On hard it's a spawn of Satan.

Spec Ops The Line on FUBAR. I also played CoD WaW on Veteran for the platinum trophy and it was even harder but that's an old ass game so I wouldn't count it

Animal Crossing. It was hard to keep playing.
