You have read it correctly. Many people have misinterpreted it.

This is a supply issue, not a demand issue. MS will be working hard to rectify it to ensure orders are fulfilled as soon as possible. Whether this means some people who had been guaranteed launch units will not get them remains to be seen.

I re-rad it after posting and I can see how people are reading it that way but it doesn't make sense because that is not news worth
