Yes, last firmware downloads and installs patches in sleep mode. Go to history of downloads - it should be there.

Cool, thanks.

Since you guys brought that up, how do I:

navigate through other programs while watching a movie on Netflix?

on the internet browser, how to see one thing on the TV and another on the Pad?

Don't have a Netflix. On the browser - its easy, just open video/picture on Upad and send it to TV (button in the corner). Then you'll have a video on a big screen and can continue serfing on Upad.

Home button and a right icon. I don't know how it will be called in English - I'm from Russia, here it called 'downloads'.

I think Netflix requires too many assets.  It's one of the few programs that won't let you do something else on the gamepad while it's running.  Or, if you can, I sure haven't figured it out yet.

The WiiU is a godsend in that department.

Look for the LED on the console to turn yellow for a while. Contrary to the PS3, that's a good thing. It means it's downloading stuff. Such a relief to be able to just play the game without waiting an hour for a freaking patch to download every single time. I hate that about the PS3, it spoils the mood.

Thanks, I'll go check it out.
