There is some truth to this to an extent, but essentially, yeah, it is just marketing buzz first and foremost akin to Genesis/Mega Drive blast processing, Saturn dual processors, Xbox Live Gold: better because you pay for it etc.


Btw, lol at Nintendo apologists coming into this thread to downplay the next gen leap in an attempt to stop the Wii U from looking bad.

Sony was playing reasonably well with their PR before, now they are slowing getting on my nerves. I would agree if FOV was somehow drawn into discussion and linked to a higher resolution but it isn't.

so for all we know, we know nothing. Some say they have experienced framerate issues on the PS4, this guy says he doesn't. The game is 1080p on PS4, 720p on xbone, doesn't seem to be superior on xbone however you try to spin it.
