Haha where? Evidence indicates which doesn't mean it is, " The reviewer noted he did not have framerate issues when he played the PS4 version 

so for all we know, we know nothing. Some say they have experienced framerate issues on the PS4, this guy says he doesn't. The game is 1080p on PS4, 720p on xbone, doesn't seem to be superior on xbone however you try to spin it.
