1080p over fps gain? well...i never saw a COD real fan saying this. But yea sony seems not  to put any 720p games.


you know polygon recieved 750k from microsoft so i wouldn't be so quick to trust them, and then you have ign sand vg saying the ps4 version is the best, ill wait for the DF, and yes i would take 1080p with minor drops then a perfect 60fps doing 720p

Wrong PC version is better. If you trully cared about graphic you should play on PC.


Some people dont want to put in the time/effort/money to get a real good gaming PC,  and also want the comfort and convenience of the couch.  Just because they choose this, doesnt mean they then stop caring about graphics.   If those first criteria are met it is very reasonable to move onto a 3rd and 4rth deciding factor.   visual fidelity and price pretty much always take up those spots


in ps2 era this wasn't the case i guess.


yea well back then games played a huge factor,   it still is now, but with so many being multiplat, how it performs has become much more important then it use to be.

Well thats because the PS3 came out a full year after the Xbox 360 and was supposed to be far superior in terms of graphic. The fact that 360s graphic were even comparable to the PS3 is a shame for Sony.

Seem like PS4 as gotten off on the right track this time around to out perform the Xbox One on a graphical front. 

The Xbox One does look a little washed out not sure if the settings were different but PS4 does take the graphical win. But, like every FPS what really matters is controls and what consoles your friends are actually playing.

Gotta disagree with bolded. PS4 version is running at almost double the resolution. There was nothing like that difference ever on PS360.

The resolution gap makes a big difference when playing the game on a big 1080p TV. This wont be apparent in Youtube comparisons.

The only thing i see is the potential in the additional power the PS4 brings to the table. I hope it will not only be used for higher resolution in coming multiplatform games.

Such a difference on my 52". XBO is definitely a step up with textures and effects compaired to PS3/360, but the same blurred washed out image from PS3/360 occurs due to 720p. PS4 is crisp and clear with sharp edges, and a much cleaner look.

P.S. Looks like MS already told them to take it down.

To compare both versions you need raw 1080p screen shots from XBOX and PS.

Youtube makes all differences disappear in compression.

Dude im.on my phone and I can tell that everything on the ps4 version is better including textures. Ill have a look again when I get home.
