Iwata will announce that next year is "The Year of Yoshi", because Yoshi has two games out and is in Smash Brothers, Mario Golf, Mario Party (Europe 2014), and Mario Kart 8. Some Yoshi cosplay tomfoolery, mildly amusing but takes up valuable game demonstration time.

Further details and reminders for Zelda, Mario Party (possible release date for Europe), Bravely Default (release date for North America). Further details of Kirby, Mario Golf, Yoshi's New Island, Professor Layton versus Phoenix Wright. Possible release dates, or "please understand this game will take more time, we look forward to sharing more with you closer to release".

Optimistically: Monster Hunter 4 localisation announced for a "Spring" release, Monolith Soft's 3DS title confirmed and dated as "2014". Possibly some eShop stuff, maybe Guild 03.

More details for Wii Sports Club, demonstrations, release dates for new sports to appear in the Club. Further information on Wii Fit U, Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Country Returns: Tropical Freeze. Yarn Yoshi details in "Year of Yoshi" section.

Optimistically: More details for Bayonetta 2, Kart 8, Smash Brothers, Fire Emblem x Shin Megami Tensei footage, X.

Absurdly optimistically: Nintendo have new 2014 titles to tease to create more excitement about Wii U in the long-term. Mario Kart 8 dated for March globally.

EDIT: I've bolded the parts I think are actually likely to happen.

Something I desperately want to happen: unified accounts, cross platform Virtual Console, huge improvement in Virtual Console service and a return to the idea that Virtual Console would become the "iTunes of gaming".

They only mention 3DS on Twitter, but the announcement pic on FB has a WiiU.
...although that could just be a standard ND pic for all I know...
