I hope they do have a bad Christmas to be honest. Just because they're finally releasing a few games that surprise no one doesn't really feel like enough. I don't know how they thought such a bad release schedule for so long was okay.

There IS another group beating that number, the vcal minority of sheep following them and agreeing to no end (even a small herd can be obnoxiously loud, especially if one of them's in sheep's clothing).
I mean, who was talking about CNET before this? It'sbusiness as usual that the doom-and-gloom false prophets are finding any and ALL negativity just to have their spotlight (which they've hogged for negative Nintendo news since the Virtual Boy, just more vociferous due to the constant growth of the world's largest echo chamber, the internet).
If I wanted holiday opinions, I'll go to big brand name stores or holiday specific stores or even communties that are multi-folds active than CNET.

This is part of the problem for the Wii U. Those points are equaled or bettered by the PS360.

Its because of the hype and marketing. Once Christmas is over, we'll see the real world proformance how all three consoles will do in the market.

What are you waiting a year and a half for?
Okay, this was just...wow. *sobs*
Really, even though it hasn't worked yet, Nintendo's approach is fine on paper. It's Microsoft and Sony and there money devouring consoles that are killing Nintendo. They don't care if they profit or not. What kind of way is that to run a business? And you know who suffers from their suicidal business tendancies? Nintendo supporters on message boards, that's who! If Nintendo made a console of PS4/Xbox One power, network capabilities, and features, it would kill them. I support ya, Nintendo. I support ya.
It's pile on time. It's cool to hate the Wii U as it was the 3DS in the beginning. The same people hating it may soon be loving it and praising it as they did with the 3DS if the Wii U has a comeback. I wouldn't pay them much attention for just jumping in the bandwagon.

......Games..... from indies to quality games. Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, Sonic are great but your goingto need more then that to catch the attention of gamers out there.

I really can't believe they can say something like this in seriousness, moreover not even give a single valid excuse why it's worse than a DVD player (which it isn't, so that's a plus one for Wii U already).
