A hint for my #46!

This game is an on-rails shooter with absolutely no deaths. Maybe a couple of casualties, but no deaths.



My friend is a Vtuber, check him out.

You may be right. I thought of Peppy/Pepsi but I tossed that theory aside because General Pepper gives the orders not Peppy.
