Apparently, sony updated the ps4's software usage terms and now it says you can't sell your software without autorization. it also mentions some kind of monitoring through the psn.

Could it mean people will now need some code/acount for a specific used game to work on another ps4?

This is the 3rd thread on this, But i cant blame you because i know atleast 1 was locked, and since i cant find the other im assuming its locked aswell. Its pretty much the same its always been and this is standard EULA

Same as PS3. Unless Sony wants to die a horrible death.

Its same as before in PS3, Sony said clearly you can sell your disc based games to everyone and this terms also applies to PS3 so does that mean we can't sell PS3 games.

This is the software usage licence as from 2007! So nothing changed at all, but people still try to find errors from Sony as I must say that up to now Sony played the game pretty good!

And from alle the commercials and advertising from what I've seen they never actually said you could sell your games, but you can borrow/lend it with each other!!
