These Threads are being locked because it is missinformation. Yes those are the exact quotes, but it seems 90% of people cant figure out what it actually means, and that it has similar phrasing is used in EULA all the time.

Maybe the OP should be edited to include "this doesnt mean anything, its the same as the ps3 and all companies use similar phrasing"
