Forums - Gaming - My CoD: Ghosts campaign review... (spoiler free)

Mr Puggsly on 10 November 2013

Good stuff! Explosions, dogs, and space shootouts! Arguably the best CoD campaign ever.

Its even better after playing the god awful Battlefield 4 campaign.

Did you think BF3's campaign was better than 4's?

Did you think COD4 had a campaign that puts all others (Not including this one) to shame?

The BF3 campaign is definitely better than BF4 campaign. Much more ambitious.

I think people seeing CoD4 through nostalgia goggles.

It's the best campaign in the series I'd say.
The setting is much more in interesting than the Modern Warfare series, the space and underwater missions are cool, and it has stealth sections that aren't just "follow the leader".

i like your review. straight to the point and takes 5 seconds to read. however if both previous CoD and BF campaigns are to go buy, i wont be liking either of the BF4 or ghosts campaign. they are just so..... meh to me

MW3 was kinda boring. Black Ops 2 had a good story, but I was iffy about some of the missions.

Ghosts isn't perfect, but it may have been the most fun I had with a CoD campaign in years.

Battlefield 4's campaign is that bad? I never considered many shooter plots high art or anything, but based on how good the gameplay looked that's surprising. Lack of big set pieces or something?

Panama on 10 November 2013

Gotta be joking. Haven't played a campaign that bad since CoD 3.

Well that's all I need to hear, you're an expert and should be advising CoD fans.
